All items offered for sale are subject to availability. As much of our stock is handmade or unique, availability may change quickly and some items may be one-of-a-kind.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment is taken at the point of purchase via our online payment providers.
In the unlikely event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Delivery & collection
Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly for handmade or commissioned work. We currently only deliver to UK addresses.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. postal or courier delays), but we will always help resolve issues where possible.
Returns & refunds
Our returns policy will be set out clearly at the point of sale.
Bespoke, commissioned, or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Artist availability
Not all artists’ work is always on display or available. If you are travelling a long distance to see a specific artist or piece, we recommend contacting us in advance to check current availability.
